It started as a half-plan on a Tuesday and somehow became the highlight of the week. I wrote down everything while it was fresh, mostly so future-me could relive it — but if this helps you pick your own version of it, even better.

A few practical notes before you try it: bring cash, give yourself more time than feels necessary, and photograph the menu board — future you will want to know what that was.
